Skeptical Sunday promo

Here’s the 30-second spot you’ll hear at various times on ICR advertising Skeptical Sunday.  Most will recognize the monks from the first scene of “Monty Python and the Holy Grail.” Our theme music is “Heartaches” performed by the Country Gentlemen. It was originally on their classic LP “Folk Session Inside” from 1963. It’s a jaunty, uptempo gypsy-jazz treatment of a number made famous by Ted Weems and his orchestra in the ’30s and ’40. This version has always been a favorite of mine, highlighting as it does the energetic mandolin artistry of the late John Duffey.  Let me know if you think it’s a good choice for the show.
