On Freethought Radio, the FFRF tells the high court to stop city prayer. Dan and Annie Laurie celebrate the equinox and end the summer by celebrating the birthday of nonbelieving composer George Gershwin, who wrote “Summertime” and “It Ain’t Necessarily So.” Then they discuss the amicus filed by FFRF in the Greece, NY, city-prayer case before the Supreme Court, with thier two staff attorneys who drafted the brief: Patrick Elliott and Andrew Seidel.

Then, two Point of Inquirys from the vault.  First, host  Robert Price interviews Lee Salisbury, Christian pastor and faith healer turned skeptic and atheist. Salisbury has founded a number of  Critical Thinking Clubs in the Minneapolis area and is  in the work of Minnesota Atheists.

Finally, Chris Mooney interviews Bill Nye the Science Guy, engineer, inventor, author, TV personality—a supporter of clean energy, and above all a skeptic.
